Programs And Services

Fit Body Boot Camp

Our specialized Afterburn workout program combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and active rest training to give you the ultimate workout experience. Whether you are walking into a gym for the first time in your life or you have been working out for years, this program will help you reach your fitness goals.

Fit Body Forever

Fit Body Forever is designed for adults 50 years and older or individuals with physical or medical limitations. This program will give you greater health and better physical function through small group personal training, nutrition counseling, and constant encouragement.

Fit Body Hybrid

We want everyone to feel motivated and empowered to reach their fitness goals. Fit Body Hybrid is a redesigned version of our Afterburn workout that includes modified movements and longer active rest periods.

Complimentary Childcare

When you walk in our doors we want you to be able to focus on your body and your health. Complimentary childcare is included with select classes so your little ones can enjoy themselves just as much as you do.

Nutrition Coaching

At Fit Body Boot Camp, we believe that fitness starts in the kitchen. Every membership comes with comprehensive nutrition training and coaching so you can take the guesswork out of eating.
